Semester Schedule

• Enrolls new cohorts of students in January and August of each year
• Appropriate breaks are taken throughout program
• Comprised of four 15 week semesters
• Total duration is 16 months

Transfer Credit

• Transfer credit in nursing is automatically recognized for students who graduate from approved nursing programs.
• There is no time limit on previously earned college credit.

King College has direct transfer agreements with the following community colleges:

• Northeast State Technical Community College, Blountville, Tennessee
• Southwest Virginia Community College, Richlands, Virginia
• Virginia Highlands Community College, Abingdon, Virginia
• Walters State Community College, Morristown, Tennessee
