Master of Business Administration Program
The primary goal of the Master of Business Administration program at King College is:
- to prepare students to be effective strategic leaders and managers
- assist students to directly integrate management research, theoretical constructs, skills, abilities, and ethical practices within their own contemporary-professional situation
- directed towards managing for quality results
Cohort Structure
- enroll in a small group usually 20-25 in size
- remain together as a group for the entire program
Accelerated Pace
- One course at a time
- Class meets one night per week
- Courses meet 5 weeks
- Each class session is 4 hours long
Applied Learning
- integrate theory and academic content with personal work experience
- use your experience in the classroom
- evaluation includes your reflection on how course material applies to your workplace
Participative Methodology
- primary role of the MBA faculty is as a facilitator
- limited lectures
- Students are expected to spend approximately 20 hours a week in preparing for class by:
- textbooks
- web-enhanced activities
- work-related activities
- learner centered environment focused on processing and applying information
